Online Registration System
The online registration system is now closed.
If you still want to register, send an email to email@example.com stating which events and classes you want to run in, etc. We will confirm acceptance subject to availability. The cost will be $45.00 per event.
Junior fees apply to everyone born in 1989 or later.
The Canadian Orienteering Federation will receive 25% of the fees for all 8 events. Click here for more information.
There will be 2 banquets during the festival.
The first banquet will be held after the WCOCs at the Hartney Golf Club on Sunday 23rd August at 5:00PM. Click here for more information.
The second banquet will be held during the COCs at the Carberry Memorial Hall on Saturday 29th August at 6:00PM. During this banquet, a silent auction will be held to raise money for the Junior and Senior National Teams. Click here for more information.

** Update 31 March 2009 ** The Manitoba Government has waived provincial park
entrance fees for 2009 and 2010 so park passes are no longer required.
All competitors must have an SI card. If you have your own SI card, please enter it's number carefully during registration. (At the start line, the number on your card must match the number in our records.)
Competitors who do not have an SI card can rent one at $2 per event. Competitors who don't return their rental SI cards will be charged a $40 replacement fee.
We are using Zone4 to process the registrations for the Sandhills Festival. They accept Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club for online payments. If you want to pay by cheque or money order, you may do so by completing the registration and selecting the Cash/Cheque payment option.
Make cheques payable in Canadian dollars to "Manitoba Orienteering Association" and mail to:
Zone4 charges a per-person fee for all registrations, and if paying by credit card, a 3% processing fee. These fees are paid by the organizing clubs.
You will receive an e-mail receipt for your registration that shows the items that make up the total payment. If you want to see the complete details of your registration, then click on the "Confirmation List" link in your e-mail receipt.
All competitors must sign a waiver when they pick up their registration package.
Cancellations and Changes
Registrations may be cancelled up to the 14th of August. A full refund less $25 and costs will be made. If your order includes any T-shirts and is cancelled after 24th July, then the T-shirts will only be refunded if they can be sold at the events. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with any cancellation requests.
