Junior fees apply to everyone born in 1997 or later.
Banquet
The banquet will be held at the Cypress River Memorial Hall on Saturday evening.
Park Pass
** Update May 30, 2017 ** The WCOCs happen to be on Parks Day Weekend (July 14-16), so park vehicle passes aren't required for the WCOC events. However, you will need a 1-day pass if attending the Pre-WCOC training event on Thursday. These cost $5.00 and can be purchased right at the parking lot.
A provincial park pass is required on all vehicles entering a Manitoba
Provincial Park. This means any vehicles going to the WCOCs require a pass. Passes are
available for the entire year ($40.00) or 3 consecutive days ($12.00). A 3-day
pass will cover you for the WCOC events.
Park passes can be purchased at the
Kiche Manitou campground office and some nearby businesses. See

SI Cards
All competitors must have an SI card. If you have your own SI card, please enter it's number carefully during registration. (At the start line, the number on your card must match the number in our records.)
Competitors who do not have an SI card can rent one at $4 per day. Competitors who don't return their rental SI cards will be charged a $40 replacement fee.
Payment Methods
We are using Zone4 to process the registrations. They accept Visa and MasterCard for online payments. If you want to pay by cheque or money order, you may do so by completing the registration and selecting the Cash/Cheque payment option.

Zone4 charges a per-person fee for all registrations, and if paying by credit card, a 3% processing fee. These fees are paid by the organizing clubs.
You will receive an e-mail receipt for your registration that shows the items that make up the total payment. If you want to see the complete details of your registration, then click on the "Confirmation List" link in your e-mail receipt.
Waivers
All competitors must sign a waiver when they pick up their registration package.
Cancellations and Changes
Registrations may be cancelled up to the 30th of June. A full refund less $25 and costs will be made. Please send an email to info@orienteering.mb.ca with any cancellation requests.
